The Blooming Maiden circles is an invitation for young girls (aged 9-12 or Gr.4/5/6*) to gather in community before their menstruation begins to learn about self-care practices & how their cycle is connected to their inner seasons.
*If your daughter has recently started her menstruation and is within the age range, then she is also welcome to join
We will be weaving in art, journal prompts, movement, short meditations & empowering rituals while creating self-care kits all the while learning and keeping it light & fun.
